• Every item we hand over to you has been carefully inspected and is undamaged.
• Based on your order, we advise you on a suitable vehicle.
• Our warehouse experts clearly explain and demonstrate how to assemble larger furniture items.
• They will gladly help you load the equipment into your car or van and unload it.

New – self-collection (from 6 February 2026)

• Self-collection will only be available on Mon, Thu and Fri.
• The minimum equipment rental value is €100 + VAT.

Delivery and set-up

The rental price of the selected equipment covers the equipment hire only. Labour (preparing and carrying in the equipment, set-up/dismantling) and transport (a van or, if required, a lorry on the requested route) are itemised separately in the cost quote, so the client can decide whether the Hiša vizij team should handle delivery and set-up or whether they will arrange it themselves.

When Hiša vizij handles delivery and set-up, our team is responsible for the equipment during set-up. The client is responsible for it from approval of the set-up until the end of the event or the agreed dismantling time.

If you need additional items during set-up, we can provide them by arrangement, provided they are available and we have transport and a team available. Additional items are charged separately, as are labour and transport costs.

Responsibility and return with self-collection

With self-collection, the client is responsible for the equipment from collection at the warehouse until its return to the warehouse. The equipment must be returned on time, in the same condition in which it was collected, clean and undamaged, and properly packed if packaging was provided.

A Hiša vizij representative inspects the returned equipment in the presence of the client or their agent. The exact return time is agreed at collection; equipment may only ever be returned with prior notice.
