We are aware that the privacy of visitors to our website is very important. All data we obtain through the website (web form) will therefore be used exclusively for the purposes for which it was collected.

Purpose of email communications:

• informing you about news from Hiša vizij d.o.o. (new additions to our range, news in the field of event organisation, news and trends in sound, lighting, furniture, decoration and other equipment for all kinds of events)
• maintaining contact with, and the satisfaction of, customers and participants in culinary workshops and courses.

Feedback is necessary and of great help in ensuring high-quality services. As we occasionally, and when in contact with users (e.g. clients of our services), wish to obtain relevant information on satisfaction with a service, we send an invitation to complete a questionnaire or provide feedback once the service has been delivered.

(5) Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. You may withdraw consent for an individual purpose or for all purposes of personal data processing to which you have consented.

You may withdraw your consent:

• by clicking the “unsubscribe from this list” link at the end of every email you receive from us;
• by replying to an email;
• by sending an email to info@hisa-vizij.com

If you withdraw your consent to the collection or processing of personal data, all personal data collected to which the erasure request relates will be erased or excluded from automated processing.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to withdrawal, nor the use of that personal data for purposes laid down by law.

Every individual receiving our communications may at any time request, in respect of their data:

• complete erasure (the right to be forgotten),

• restriction of processing and storage, or withdrawal of consent to processing and storage, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Requests for information, erasure and rectification may be sent to info@hisa-vizij.com. All requests received from users will be handled in accordance with the internal rules of Hiša vizij d.o.o.

Should the security of your personal data be compromised, and should it be shown that such a breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without delay.

Should the security of your personal data be compromised, we will notify the competent authority without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.

If you believe that we have in any way infringed your rights relating to the protection of personal data, you may at any time submit a request for clarification to Hiša vizij d.o.o.

We undertake to process all data collected solely within the stated purposes of personal data management and processing, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant sector-specific legislation, and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
