Before we bring the first chair, we set the event out on a plan. We draw a floor plan of the venue showing tables, bars, stage and guest routes – and, on request, a 3D view so you can see the space before we style it.

From the first meeting to the last piece packed away: we coordinate suppliers, prepare the set-up schedule and handle stage management and technical support at the event.

You focus on your guests; our team takes care of the rest.
